Poor Little Girl...

Rough day in the life of Peyton Sakura.
We went for the second half of her four month shots, so she got her polio drops, then a nice stick in the leg with her Hep B shot (she was crying even before she began - Nurse Abby said that Peyton knows what is going to happen since she's been there a few times, my friend Heather said that it's my fault because I make her go twice as often by splitting up her shots.....). Then we leave the Doctor's office and head to the hospital for her Newborn Genetic Screening - another stick, this time in the foot - poor little Princess P didn't have a very good day.

Finally napping....

Looks like they were mining for gold with this stick.

And finally at the end of the day,

Daddy makes it all okay....

Sleeping on Daddy....

That makes me so sad :( Poor little Sakura. I'm sure her daddy did make her feel better. That's what they are for :)

I gotta ask: how come you split up her shots?

Ouchie! We dread shot time. You always have the cutest sunglasses on Sakura chan. How do you get her to wear them? We tried to put a pair on Momochan last weekend and she ripped those bad boys off in a nanosecond.

I love the photos of her peaceful and with daddy. Daddy's and their daughters warm my heart.

I don't split the shots. Get them all over with in one swoop and have all the reactions or whatever. Luckily neither of my children have had any reaction. When Savannah got older (over a year) I gave her Motrin before her appointment and that really helped.

I hope Peyton is back to her happy self today.

The pictures are fantastic, beautiful little girl and a beautiful family. Thanks for sharing. I do like the one sleeping with Dad, brings back fond memories.

Love,
Dad
