11 Years Old

It sure is crazy how quickly time passes, I feel like it wasn’t long ago that I started this blog and here we are 11 amazing years later!

It’s true Sakura turned 11 years old - they say don’t blink and I agree!

Happy 11th Birthday to our most amazing daughter!  We are the proudest parents on the planet, you are an amazing young lady, always working your hardest and reaching for your dreams may that never change.  Just a couple of days before your birthday you competed for the first time in Escondido, California in your very first Competition for dance!  You were AMAZING!  We wouldn’t want any other “Weird People” to call our own.

10 YEARS OLD!

It's true, our angel is now 10 years old!

This year we celebrated in Las Vegas ... a Cirque Du Soleil show to be exact.

Sakura chose "O" and we all LOVED it!  She wrote all about our trip (on her own, I need to figure out how to get it on here so I can save it).  We enjoyed the Aquarium, eating lots of delicious food, she asked the other day if we could go back to Momofuku for lunch ... well since it's a 5 hour drive and you have school tomorrow that would be negative sweet girl ... but good try :)

I can't believe we have a double digit girl - double digits means double the fun of course.  Sakura continues to amaze us, she is smart, funny, loving, kind, compassionate, loving (I know I said that already but she is SO loving it deserves recognition twice).  We couldn't be more proud of the young lady she has become.  She just got her braces off, AND she wanted Contact Lenses so this year she is frame free and wears contacts.

Here are a few pics from her birthday week/weekend in Las Vegas, SORRY they're out of order :(

Always her most favorite .... noodles of any kind.
